My friend roughly put it this way, ‘ each one of us is carrying a garbage truck on their back. In there are plastics, rotting stuff, and germinating stuff. And each one of us, unfortunately, is looking for where to dump the garbage. Don’t be the dumping ground. Phew!

In effect, you are already carrying enough garbage yourself ( visible & invisible) position yourself away from the dumpings. Create a system within your ” truck” that can separate the plastics, the rotting and that which can grow once dumped. Look for the dumping site and clean your truck.

Borrowing from scriptures, ” guard your heart because from out of it flows issues of life!” Yours and mine heart is supposed to be a life giver. Going by our analogy,we do well not to use it as a dumping ground.Don’t let the garbage stay long, when it starts to rot the stench attracts flies and repells men. Garbage it out!

Making my submission on climate change recently,I said ‘ the quality of air has dwarfed the beauty of life.’ The garbage we carry alters the quality of air we take in! Get your air cleaners out, open the windows wide, let air come in with a freshness of life.A freshness that attracts.

It’s Mental health month. Make it count.
